SMALL GROUP
$20/hourly per child
Our small group basketball coaching service offers hour-long sessions for 2–4 players, allowing kids to train alongside friends and teammates in a fun, collaborative environment. With a focus on teamwork, skill development, and personalized feedback, our experienced coach helps each player elevate their game. These sessions provide the perfect blend of competition and camaraderie, ensuring every participant improves while enjoying the process. Our Mission
At Kian's Koaching, our mission is to develop better basketball players and better people, instilling discipline, resilience, and teamwork in every athlete we train. Beyond the game, we are committed to elevating others through giving. That’s why the first $2,500 earned by our business will support the construction of a new basketball court in New Delhi, India. We've proudly partnered with Each One Teach One New Delhi to make this vision a reality, and we couldn’t be more excited to spread the power of basketball—one player, one community, and one court at a time.

Each One Teach One
Each One Teach One Charitable Foundation (EOTO) has transformed the lives of over 10,000 underprivileged children across urban and rural India by providing comprehensive educational support. Through academic assistance in core subjects, digital literacy programs, and scholarships, EOTO ensures students receive quality education regardless of financial barriers. The organization also supplies essentials like uniforms, notebooks, and nutritious snacks, easing economic hardships that hinder learning. To enhance teaching quality, EOTO supports educators with training, resources, and well-equipped learning spaces, including science labs and libraries. Beyond academics, they focus on student counseling, career guidance, and self-development, empowering children to build confidence and secure brighter futures.
During my time volunteering in New Delhi, I saw firsthand how EOTO’s work changes lives, inspiring me to establish Kian’s Koaching to make basketball more accessible in India. By bridging sports and education, I aim to create more opportunities for young athletes. About Me
Hi! My name is Kian Raja. I am a sophomore at Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland, CA. I am proud to play year-round basketball as a Dragon, as well as with the 3SGB Adidas circuit.
Basketball has been an integral part of my life since I was four years old. It has taught me the meaning of hard work—starting with 6 a.m. practices before school—and the determination to improve my game while maintaining straight A’s. Most of all, it has taught me patience in overcoming season-ending injuries and respect for others, even when things get heated on the court. My daily routine and the dedication I have put into my game have shaped me into the person I am today.
I started Kian's Koaching to combine my love of the game with my passion for coaching. I have always had a natural ability to gain the respect of younger kids while motivating them toward a common goal. At Kian's Koaching, we prioritize both basketball skill development and personal growth because we want to build not just great basketball players, but even better humans.
